The first session is where my clients get to know me and share their concerns and goals for coming to therapy. I aim to create both a trusting therapeutic relationship and a comfortable environment to facilitate connection, self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation. Our work together will give you the tools to help transition your life in a more desirable direction. I also provide my clients with homework assignments to reinforce the coping strategies discussed in session.

This is a telehealth practice and I am licensed to provide services in the state of Florida.

All prospective clients have the opportunity to have a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Just click book call now and you will receive your consultation call from me by the next business day.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Sessions (50 minutes) are $200. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card, Zelle, or Venmo.

Typically, clients start out by coming to therapy once per week. As client’s are making progress sessions may gradually decrease in frequency of sessions after discussing progress, symptoms, and remaining goals with the therapist.

Many people enjoy coming to therapy and may wish to continue the process for months or years. Others come with a more specific issue and may feel that a shorter time is appropriate.

I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations less than 24-hours or “no-shows” will be charged the full session fee.
